About Haven View Estates

Our residents are diverse in age, interests and chosen profession. They include doctors, lawyers, engineers, educators, religious leaders, athletes, business and real estate professionals, a US senator and everyday families who look forward to coming home to an uncrowded and serene environment that is surrounded by nature.

Looking to the future, in 2008, we replaced our unmanned entry gates with a high tech gatehouse. This included the deployment of uniformed staff and state-of-the-art cameras, software and visitor management technology to oversee visitor access 24 hours a day. Even before this project was completed, its affect was unmistakable. Unwanted traffic decreased dramatically, visitor respect for our streets and common areas increased, and our residents began to enjoy a new sense of security and cohesive community spirit.

In 2009, we launched a web site that showcases our many varied and unique architectural styles and provides visitors with historical information, community news and listings of available properties, recommended service providers and more. In addition, the Members Login gives each of our homeowners the ability to manage their own frequent and special event guest lists, record vehicle, pet and emergency information and post comments, and share interests.

What may make all of this unique among staffed gatehouse communities is that the project was not sponsored by a developer to sell homes. Instead, an impressive 84% of our residents came together as a community to invest in an elevated level of quality living at a time when others might have conceded to the market’s downturn. This kind of neighborhood spirit and pride in ownership are qualities that have always made Haven View Estates a very special place to call home.
